Simon Hanau & Associates Pty Ltd commenced practice on the Gold Coast, Australia in 1999 with Simon Hanau the sole Director. The business has been established to serve the South-East Queensland construction and property industry and is able to provide a full range of Quantity Surveying services to Clients.

Simon Hanau & Associates Pty Ltd is an Australian owned Company comprising two fully qualified senior quantity surveyors; Simon Hanau and Anthony Ellwood, two technical assistants and one office administrator.

Both Simon and Anthony are fully qualified quantity surveyors with Bachelor Degrees in Quantity Surveying attained from The Queensland University of Technology. Simon and Anthony are also Associates of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
